Certain products sold on our website are made to order and are not eligible for return. This is clearly stated on the relevant product detail pages.

To create a return request, please fill out the Contact Form on our website. Select the option you would like to proceed with and add your notes. Once your contact form reaches us, we will get back to you by e-mail.

Products sent to us without completing the contact form will not be accepted.

You must create your exchange or return request within 7 days. Requests not made within this period cannot be processed.

A courier code for your return will be sent to you by e-mail. Using this code, you can send your parcel back via our contracted courier.

If you wish to send your parcel via a courier other than our contracted one, all shipping costs are your responsibility. Cash-on-delivery parcels sent via a non-contracted courier will not be accepted.

You can hand in your parcel at the nearest branch of our contracted courier by quoting the courier customer code sent to you by e-mail. Please keep your tracking number with you.

Once the products that reach us are checked for compliance with the return conditions and your request is approved, your refund will be processed by us within 5 business days. Each bank's posting time differs; after we process it, you can ask your bank to check your pending transactions.

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

• Used items that have lost their original condition or no longer have their tags
• Items damaged through use (torn, deformed, ripped, etc.)
• Items tried on with strong perfume or deodorant that may leave marks
